Journeys.
Worst: When I used to work in an office, my journey was just under 30 km – used to take 30 minutes-ish. One day it took 4.5 hours. :'( At least my working day was short. :y
Best (most straight forward): My place to near Alicante, Spain. Just short of 1700 km in 16.5 hours – with partner and 3 kids on board.
My place to Denmark: 1000 km in 8.5 hours with my daughter, aged 9 months at the time.
Round trip, my place to UK, North Wiltshire in Mercedes Vito van. Two ferry trips, (managed to check in 2 minutes before final check in time both ways) 1500 km – 21 hours.
In fact, never (touch wood) has a long journey caused any real issues. It's always the short ones. Why is that?
