my set up was already installed-Zavolli multi-point. 40miles a day x 5days costs me £25 so cheaper than my saloon-£40-50

Savings average 10 pence/mile or 38% for me .. that's over 4 years and 40,000 miles .. the saving seems to stay pretty constant as LPG price moves like petrol price does .. just slower and by fewer pence..

A "professional" install can cost anywhere between £1000 (cowboy job) and £2500 (high quality with gaurantees).

A "DIY" install is around £800 for parts and 3 weekends work. There is a lot of expertise/help available on the forum for some of the trickier parts.

I reckon I'm about 8-9p per mile saving, meaning payback on DIY fitting (including getting certified) is around 9000 miles.
