Title: ECO LIGHT

start the car and it flashes for about 10 sec..does this mean regas.....
when eco button pressed and the word eco on dash,does that mean air con is off

If eco is lit then the air con is off. Don't think it means regas, just that the air con system is off. If you turn the ignition off without eco lit, it should be off when you start it again. :y

if you turn ig off without eco lit next time you turn on eco is not lit therefore is not aircon on

Aircon will always be on if eco is NOT lit. If you switch off with eco not lit (meaning A/C on) the air con will be on next time you start it too.

Flashing means that the computer controlling ventilation thinks that you should have the A/C on in those circumstances  :y
