Title: The only TD in town........
Post by: Pitchfork on 29 March 2008, 14:15:00
Or I thought I was until this morning at B&Q Basingstoke when I saw another, a Dark Blue N Reg Saloon with a patched-up rusty offside rear wheel arch
By any chance is the owner a member of OOF????

I think that you will find that you need an minimum IQ in double figures in order to qualify as a Chav
Unfortunately, this means that there are none in Basingrad! :D

& I'm thankful that I moved back to Tadley last week now that the house has been repaired. Living temporarily in a Basingstoke suberb was surreal, for example none of the neighbours spoke to each other yet there was synchronised car washing on a Sunday morning despite that a Pole would have done it for £5 ( & a very good job too!) in the Sainsbury's car park less than a mile away

I tried to do that with a new vectra on sunday, he was inches from my rear end so pressed "S" and toed it.

It would seem it was a 3.0 DTi  :-[ ::) ;D we were into the realms of being quite naughty before I started making any distance, at which point we were approaching a 50 so I just lifted off completely and coasted back down, at which point he shot past me, narrowly missing the car pulling out of the junction in front of me...the reason the stretch is a 50.

Some people just can't make the disctinction between the time and the place, and when to be sensible - he proceeded to drive like an idiot for the next few miles.

I never try to hold people up, though. You never know when someone is trying to get to hospital after bad news or something like that.
