Title: oil in the holes

just put new plugs im my 2.2 ....oil in every port...is it rocker cover gasket

Yep,then change the rocker gasket and change the oil and filter at intervals of no more than 5000 miles to prevent it recurring.
Also clean the breathers annually. :y

lol i'm saying wear goggles cos if the carb cleaner sprays back in your eye like it did for me you'll be down eye casualty..... like me.

also, i got a load of it on my skin. fekkin' burns!!!!

i got it on my skin/fingers too..yes it hurts.. but i have no more spanner lights so im happy to spray it anywhere the wife tells me to;

Ref perished rubber boots on coil pack.....a kit of 4 boots..4springs and 4 rubber .o. rings can be bought from the dealer for less than £20..thats what i did and genuine cam cover gasket....job done properly then  :y

Is it running better now Mr Cube? That's a new cam sensor, breathers and throttle body cleaned, new plugs typical teething problems with a new 2.2 :y

its running magic i went from a million codes to nil ,i am so excited and it is all down to this web site ..so helpful... there are some great guys on here... the main person who i dont like is rob g  .....cos he has all the answers.
