As the title really ... I think the colour is Black or Charcoal.
I need the top part that lifts up, as the catch at the front has disintegrated and the springs are sticking out.
Don't know if this means just the hinged part or I need the whole caboodle as I've not dismantled anything yet !!

Remove the broken bits of the catch.
Head to your local DIY shop/Wilkinsons/Poundland/supermarket and buy some stick on velcro circles.
One of those each side will hold the thing shut, and you'll be the only one who knows.
You might even be able to get it done tonight!

Nah .. it'll "look" all wrong with no catch at the front... a replacement in decent nick from a breaker will be much better .. :)

Fine, so glue the catch back on.
I couldn't be bothered as it already looks better than it did with a broken catch. Plus, looking at the broken bits, the lugs are so bloody small that I doubt any replacement will last for a worthwhile time. I keep my work and garage keys in the arm rest, plus a gate remote, pen and other odds and sods, and use the cup holder underneath quite often. So it needs to work reliably.
