Hmmmm, i can see some big issues with this, especially NIP's for parking......  >:(

I know several people who have already had tickets issued by council using camera pictures. They are even harder to fight because you don't realise you have a ticket until the post arrives.
By then you have forgotten where you parked, when you parked and for how long.
How can you fight these tickets? >:(

Everytime you park take pictures of the surroundings - get paranoid.

Personally I avoid towns ;D
