Need to read the TCM ECU :y

If that comes back with Incorrect Ratio, thats a fair sign the oil is low, of the gearbox is badly worn (probably due to oil being low/abused for a long time).

as i was bored i decided to check fluid level, and i had car jacked up to max height on trolley jack on drivers side, removed bolt and atf poured out,im wondering if its been over filled, going to get gaskets and filter and do a atf change.

If the engine wasn't running, thats normal.

As said earlier, you need to read the TCM codes.
