Going to log off, shut down explorer and see just what nasty little virus Rick Astley was carrying.

Night mate .. take care ... CCleaner is  usefull freebie bit of software .. does a reasonable job .. :)

I was going to post a link .. but tonight no-one believes them !! .. google for it !!  :)

whats AVAST home edition like.i have heard its pretty good.

whats AVAST home edition like.i have heard its pretty good.

It gets reasonable writeups as an anti-virus .. but that's all it is ...

CCleaner is NOT an antivirus in any way .. it is a software cleaning program, gets rid of all the bits of rubbish you don't know about .. but it does NOT pretend to protect a system in any way.

Avast is not bad gets a lot of stuff best used in safe mode gets everything nearly

i have tried all the free ware antinvirus's, norton, macaffee, bullguard and others, pc cillin wenrt to bad but the one i stick with is Panda, it the monkeys nuts, nothing gets past it, like the others, you can get a genuine copy of it from ebay for about a tenner, the link that was mentioned was it ythe rick gastley one where he dances all over the screen, if so a mate sent me the link  yesterday, (must be doing the rounds ;D) i clicked on it and Panda stopped me in my track and wouldnt lket me go any further as it would install badware on my pc, Panda, its like having a woman with pmt garding my pc. :)
