Title: Not about for a while

Hi Guys

Just to let you know that i won't be around for the next week or so, either on the forum or at work.

Last night my lad was involved in a serious head on RTA and is now in hospital with a busted up leg, collar bone and other various cuts etc.

So for the next week or so i'll be doint the sixty mile round trip to hospital

I've think i've got all the outstanding orders sent but if there are anyproblems i'll have to sort them when i get back

Sorry to hear your tale of woe Andy.
A similar thing happened to the old lady's godfather's son many years ago when he was knocked off his bike by a drink driver, which resulted in him losing out on a very promising career in Motocross, so I do have some sort of idea of what you & your missus will be going through.

All the best Andy. I'll be ordering a few bits soon but there's no rush and it can wait until the lad is a bit better :y

Must be a time for it... I know of another member's lad who has been in the wars this week (but OK and not as serious) and another Fuel Doctor who has had a nasty accident too :o

Sorry to hear this Andy, not a pleasant thing to go through at all.

From a medical perspective make sure he starts physio as early as he can, it will reduce the total time to recovery in the long term.

Sorry to hear about your lad Andy.Not many things worse than being told one of your kids has hurt themselves etc.
As parents we would have the accident for them if we could,but unfortunately it cant work like that.Hope he is soon on the mend. :y
