Title: Another result
Post by: Shackeng on 17 April 2012, 09:47:42
Hooray, the Elite 3.2 passed its MOT today, that's both of 'em legal for another year. Strange advisory though: '002. Under-trays fitted obscuring some underside components.'. Sounds like a cop-out to me, but I'm happy. ;) ;) ;)

Just covering his backside it means .......  although it might be rotten as a pear underneath the under-tray, I'm not allowed to remove it & check. Similar to a detachable towbar, he'd have to say 'I've checked what's there, but as the detachable bit hasn't been presented for test with the car, I can't test it!'

Havn't had a failure in the last 18 years, can't imagine for one minute that the other half's godfather being an AE has had any influence on the success rate we've had  ;)
