After the two centre baffle sections for a 2.2 petrol saloon...
Cheaper to fit complete exhaust from a 2.0ltr
-
so theres no difference between the two then????

so theres no difference between the two then????
Only the fact that the 2.2 has 2 centre sections and obviously the rear box has 2 inlets to accomodate them. The 2.0ltr will fit straight on. Mark (Tunnie) fitted one to his 2.2 with no problems

Yup, worked well no impact to performance. Happy with noise levels too compared to the genuine which came off.
Are you after a saloon or estate exhaust?
-
Its a saloon exhaust im.after... Dont tell me you have a spare in your garage? :D

for the 2.0 exhaust no problems with it and nice and quiet from cat back :y :y
-
done away with the two center boxes just got middle and back box :y
-
Surely there would be a difference in sound doing away with a silencer??

Surely there would be a difference in sound doing away with a silencer??
Nope

Then why would vauxhall fit 2 if 1 would be just as good? Dont inderstand?

How much :o :o :o
Should be around £70, 2.2 is very similar to 2.0 - So its fine with single centre section.
-
So if I rang the exhaust place and said I want them to fit a single pipe instead of a twin pipe they're not going to say " its not going to fit mate" ??
-
And reducing it by one silencer makes no difference to sound at all?

They might, but it does

Ask for an exhaust for a 2.0ltr

It will show that based on your reg, you want an exhaust for a 2.0
-
Right then sod it I shall cancel it.. £70 is better than £140.... So glad I enquired on here now

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Eternalcar (http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Eternalcar) :y
-
Could someone get the part number for the centre section for the 2.0 from eternal? Im in work and on mobile and can't read the writing on there site as its too small for my old eyes :D
-
well i'll be buggered if i can find a 2.0 centre pipe on eternal car to replace the twin pipe type on the 2.2... yes if i had a DTI or a V6 :-[
-
Worth giving them a ring, don't always list what they have. Don't mention 2.2 petrol, just causes confusion. Ask for a 2.0 system :y
-
theres a firm called ETS on ebay called ETS selling the twin type for around £60 ish... anyone ever used these people?....
