Title: EU summit for growth 28/29th June
Post by: Varche on 27 April 2012, 12:58:57
So the EU and the ECB are to have a summit ( yet another bean feast for all the hangers on) to adopt measures to foster growth.

I wonder what they will come up with. Whatever it is , it needs to be impressive. Good luck with that then.

I bet it will be more talk of labour reform( making it easier to hire and fire). What is actually needed is some jobs.........

What is actually needed is some jobsless people.........

Fixed that for you ;)

[edit] You know, re-reading that you could think I'm suggesting something very unsavoury .. I'm not, honest! :-[

Less people. Perfect solution. That is what nature would do given half a chance to balance things out. Too many fat, lazy, unproductive 1st worlders. too many thin productive third worlders just needing 1st worlders to buy their stuff. maybe (heaven forbid) a proper war or a plague of biblical proportions.

Back to the summit. What will they come up with?

Add 1 million unemployed to public sector, reduce retirement age to 60, tax the rich at 75%. Ops, sorry reading new French President's manifesto.  :o :o :o Not that we should worry, once he wins on the 6th May, come the 7th, French shares will bomb, bond interest rates will double, and S&P and Moody's threaten to downgrade France again. He will be like all self-serving socialist politicians, on the day they take power the manifesto goes in the bin. With this to the electorate.  :P :P :P :P

Whatever the EU scum decide, it will not be good for us plebs, of that you can be certain. But the sound bites from the King Canute conference will no doubt tell us they that they are rolling back the tide of unemployment.  ::) ::) ::)

And they are raising the EU budget by 6.8%, while forcing everyone else to introduce austerity, to pay for all of this
