Title: Anyone know anything about Citroen keys & immobilisers?
Post by: aaronjb on 27 April 2012, 13:48:35
Since some of you know more than one marque of cars..

A fella I know has managed to lose both his keys for his 52 plate Citroen Xsara Picasso .. he has the key codes etc in his book of info, but does this situation now mandate a trip back to the dealer to have a brand new key coded to the immobiliser & alarm?

I know on my Toyota, for example, you can code keys yourself as long as you still have the master.. but without that it's a trip to the dealer or nothing.
