Been trying to keep an eye on my temp gauge. Had a few suspicions, and with recent posts here, wanted to see if there was a problem.
Didn't have the Omega out at all yesterday, but had to go out this morning. A 30 mile ish trip, one way. For the first 15 miles or so the gauge didn't move at all. Then it crept up towards 75 / 80. The next time I looked it had dropped back down, and by the end of my journey the temp was hovering around 80. I guess that confirms it :(
So, parts recommendations please ???
Not sure I'll change it myself but will get the parts in case I end up trying to do the cambelt ......

Thanks Noel, don't like the sound of that!
Do you remember roughly how much you paid for the bits?

Thanks again Noel, much appreciated :y
I'll give my local dealer a shout tomorrow and see what they say.
Just returned home after another 40 mile drive, but the needle hovered around 75.
