Title: 30ltrs of used engine oil!

Changed the oil & filter on the Omega & Mrs AA's clit today, realised I had accumulated 30ltrs of used engine oil :o
A quick trip to the tip, and got rid of it all :-?

Also cleaned out the lips of the rear wheel arches on both cars and refreshed them with wax oil :y

They can get a bit funny about dumping too much oil - they start to suspect your running a business and the facility is only meant for domestic use.

Last time I dumped mine some guy in a van was trying to ditch huge drums of the stuff claiming it had accumulated over years.   The giveaway was the van was equipped with a nice set of shelves, tools, jacks etc and a mobile valet unit.

The mechanic who does my MOT's has a space heater that runs on used engine oil....  :y
