Couple of serious questions (no they aren't grammatical ones)

1. Can those front wheels actually turn (steer) under the front arches or is it that low only when off? (hydrolic)

2. How does he cool the engine? I thought cooling was an issue on tuned Omega engines.

I would guess the car raises once started. Towing would be a problem though. :o

If I'm correct in what I'm reading, it's a Jap engine.

Sorry, let me rephrase that.

I thought cooling was a problem on Omegas with tuned engines? maybe it only applies to Omega engines and Omega radiators?

Id be guessing hes got a bigger free flowing aftermarket rad on that as well as more oil cooling  :)

lol on the mega meega, with the L.C. lump in it cooling is never a problem, used the L.C. rad and the charge cooler mounted in front of it, and even at full chat racedays it never got hot!
so guessing he has used the skyline rad and it is ok :y

The Omega's got a huge radiator. I'd be surprised if you get cooling issues with double the power in our climate, TBH.

The cooling urban legends reported (both with tuned V6s and as the reason for the V8 being cancelled) both related to issues with coolant circulation inside the engine, not a wholesale lack of cooling capacity AFAIK.

I know the lad who built this, he has never had a prob with cooling, as far as i know he used the skyline rad!

I would say that you wouldn't use a car like this for towing! If I had the money I'd be all over that.

Alloy rad for a skyline is about 8O quid. I'll be fitting one to my v6 once I need to lol
