what is the best diagnostic tool to buy for my omega 2.0 xreg.
 obd1 or obd11? dont no which one mine is help.

No generic reader (OBDI, ODBII, EOBD etc) will work on your car I'm afraid.

As much as i love s+v with a side order of paperclip i don't they will work on my DTI so went for a look......

Now being the scepticle person i am i can't see this being as good as the ad says for that sort of money...anyone any experience of this or similer kit??
My Maxidiag OBD reader won't work from what i've read on here so need something for the odd problem.

Don't think that will work on a x reg 2.0 ... methinks thats a tech 1 needed .. :(

and he certainly won't need the CANdi extension ......  :)

Tech2 is fine on later 2.0 Omegas (approx 97 onwards)
