I would imagine that either the sensor in the car was defective or if it was a brand new vehicle from fleet thae garages forgot to fit one because all emergency service vehicles have them fitted, especially the ARV units who always patrol around the city centre. Either way Ooooops!!! Someone dropped a BIG one!
