Title: Any cyclists around?
Post by: Andy B on 20 May 2012, 11:24:44
I bought a push bike via the Cycle-to-work scheme .......... it will be used for cycling to work - just not by me!  ::) ::)
Anyway, among the crappy universal tools that came with it is this ................

I've even looked through the destruction manual & can't find any reference to it  ??? ??? Anyone?  :-\ :-\

My first thought was a boy scout remover from horses hooves but my guess would be to put the chain back on after fixing a puncture to save fingers getting greasy.

If it has hydronic disc brakes, I believe that's for holding the pads apparat when the wheels are out. I kept mine in the car for transportation purposes, as with the front wheel out, it's very easy to knock the front brake lever, forcing the pads together, then you can't get the wheel back in.

It should just clip in between the pads.
