Title: Testing my gadget for The Lakes
Post by: TheBoy on 22 May 2012, 22:22:44
Some time ago (before the Lakes was arranged), I bought a gadget for dealing with flies. I hate flies. I really hate them.

With the current weather, and all the doors and windows open, the house was full of the little tinkers, so a good chance to test said gadget.  For last 2hrs, its obviously been busy, all I've heard is the little tinkers getting zapped.

Did I mention, I rather hate flies?

A video perhaps? I know you don't play well with others, but come on, share. :)

They are not that effective, and you look a twonk waving it around. ON the upside, immensely satisfying when you get one.

I hate flies. Did I mention that?

Personally speaking, I wouldn't take any prisoners.

Ahh, Piper Pawnee. Useful (only) for killing bugs and launching gliders. What more do you need? A truly versatile aircraft. :y

We have one of those at the gliding club. 235hp. Ought to catch the bu66ers. ;D

An interesting part of the description..........
"Easy to clean large pullout collection tray
enables collection and cleaning of insect bodies"  :o
Thought it was supposed to kill the little tinkers, not clean them!! ::) ;D
