Just came across this - very tidy of ya, young 'Gixer! :y

IIRC; this fine example of a Duple Vista-bodied Bedford OB came from an East Anglian operator.

Here's the only OB which has remained in the same ownership from new ........ in 1951!

When our friends Len and Sylvia Cooper retired as proprietors of Leathers Coaches (of Maiden Bradley, Wiltshire), they kept this fine specimen. It now resides in a purpose-built garage alongside their home, and occasionally attends vintage shows/steam rallies/etc.
Paintwork is original!

Traditionally signwritten, and as original as the day it left Duple's Hendon factory over 60 years ago :y

your bloody right there Kev. Ecccch :(

Took that a couple of weeks ago. Weather was almost as horrific then too. Zero visibility on the m3 on the way down. Aqua planing on the m27(?) too.

Although, at least the ferries ran ok, and by the time we got to the isle, it was just windy.
