Does this mean the next time sombody parks to close to my house I can get the police to blow it up. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this one.

It would have been more worrying if they'd read the note and gone "oh, it's broken, best leave it be".
Why not ring the police and let them know? Total donut.

Clearly a very clever guy. Car breaks down, so leave it there and go off to see the sights. Apparently a note is enough to keep the "arrogant" police at bay.
Why don't we bestow him with a citizenship based on this? Mind you, the way things are going I wouldn't be surprised if that did happen.

By the look of it they've used the barest minimum of charge to open the hatchback, so he's got bugger all to gripe about! ::)

Can't say I've ever felt the need to go sightseeing when I have broken down in the past.
I once had a spring break while I was in a very picturesque village in Wales, had a good wander about taking pics and getting grub with MrsGK while RAC arranged recovery :D
