 :o Bloody hell ! never seen anything like it in Newcastle , talk about biblical ! what a mess, train station closed, all trains stopping here as they can't get to Scotland ,Metro centre partially flooded out , it's the end of the world i tell you !

Yesterday lunchtime it was boiling hot here .. and the good lady sent me a picture of the roads where she lives - 4" deep in water everywhere with cars forced to drive down the pavements in parts.. she's only two hours away by road!

Had a few spots today. Yesterday was very different... Thunder, lightning & very heavy rain 8) 8)

Yeah, Yesterday evening was spent out on my bike for an hour then by the barbecue polishing off some home brew. No complaints here. 8)
