It is a laudable enough aim.

I always thought Camerons "big society" would galvanise local communities into actions like changing pubs into pubs+post office+ library. I think it is a crying shame that pubs are closing. They hardly ever re open.

We need to tax beer, cigarettes and fuel heavily or we won't be able to house all of our immigrants.

Nearly right Steve... :y :y  spare bedrooms should be taxed unless you offer it / them to a homeless person or an asylum seeker......2 problem's solved.... :y :y
