2011 for Siemens NCDx based systems. Think CARiN bottomed out around 2008?

I have a Siemens NCDC 2013, is this the same as what's high lighted?

I bought a UK disc for my NCDC back in 2010 for just over £60 inc vat, from Vxl via AndyC.

IIRC you can buy a complete set of discs that cover most of Europe, for about £300.
