Title: Essex Police's latest weapon...
Post by: Omega VT3000 on 27 July 2006, 23:04:02: ...against tax and insurance evasion. Essex Police run an ANPR team that monitors the roads around the county for people evading road tax and insurance. Good on 'em I say. Now how would you react if you saw one of these in your rear view mirror??
