Seen on eBay is this lovely Irmscher Omega, tad expensive but :-* ;D :y http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120947830228#ht_726wt_1270 (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120947830228#ht_726wt_1270)

He was going to use it as a track car :o (going by the listing) What a waste that would have been.
-
Expensive? That's a good price :y

I didn't exactly say expensive just a tad expensive ;D .... Anyways Presuming everything works as it should etc ... Yep it would be
-
Quite cheap actually, but it says it has Bose/satnav etc,but the pics show the NCDC unit has been replaced with an aftermarket unit from what I can see. :-\
-
I like that and would pay near that amount if i was looking ..go in low and offer £1500 :)
-
if i had the money id have it :)

Fight you for it :P Although maybe a irmy body kit would be cheaper than swopping cars ...never thought of that :-X
-
wouldnt fit my estate. :)

Arh no , must rare as hens teeth getting hold of an irmy kit for the estate .... no doubt someone has one for a few pennies on here . Seen one or two with the estate kits on and they do set the car off nice 8)

Very nice, would prefer ncdc though... :y

......but he says that the after market H/U only comes with the car if it gets to the right price - he's also got it on a seperate listing apparently..... ???
-
Price should reflect the fact that it's probably been caned, the air filter needs replacing, no mention of a cambelt change/any servicing...etc...etc :-\
For reference, all the Irmy bits on that will bolt straight on to any Omega from '94 onwards, only exception being the rear bumper, saloon only :y
p.s. no guarantee that Bose is fitted or working, unless Davednd can confirm compatibility with that hu.

If I had the money i would by it, and fit the kit/wheels to my car. I think its a very good PRICE IMO. If its only got 80k and mint its worth £3K all day long. Very desirable colour combination too, but must admit need colour factory nav.

If is a very big word that you've used twice ::)
Without having seen either, and IF I had the cash, I would gladly buy Chrisgixers 'spare' MV6 for £2500, this one however I would probably not even consider swapping for my ex plod shytbox :-\
Can't remember the last silver Omega I saw on the road :D
-
Oh and according to reg date, it should be an '02 not a '52 plate. 5 owners and 133k, and not one mention of so much as an oil change. And why does a car with a factory fitted alarm/immobiliser that is, iirc, thatcham 1, need a second one :-\
Kit and wheels poss worth £1200, rest of the car... :-\

Had plenty in bits on my drive ;D ;D :D

Couldn't find the tongue-in-cheek smilie ::) Saw at least three at Gatwick this morning ::)
Tell a lie, one was definitely grey ;D
-
Mine is definitely Star Silver see it every day. :y :y
-
Parked my star silver mig in tescos Clacton last week and noticed two others in the same colour parked in the same row. Made me feel right common. ::)

Like I said I would buy it to fit the kits and wheels, not to use the car. Yes its probably been cained and in all respect a poor advert for such a rare car. Silver is a high demand colour, so people would happy pay a few quid extra for the right colour. Like you have mentioned, poor advert, no mention of belt changed or much work makes it a car I would only buy to strip and break, not to use. However could have been well looked after but overlooked in his advert, who knows. All IMO either way....

Its first reg'd on 18/09/02,that makes it a 52 as per plate ???

As rare as a 3.2 Elite with Irmscher kit/alloys is this one is probably one to stay clear from unless it was under £1,000 to take a risk on :-\
