Title: Will these tyres fit?
Post by: PhilRich on 17 July 2012, 20:26:53: I've been offered two new Firestone firehawk TZ200 205/50/16 tyres with the possibility of 2 more. They are a lower profile and slightly narrower than the 225/65/16's fitted to my 2.2 f/lift CDX saloon. Can some kind person tell me if they will fit my CDX alloys and if so, are they suitable for my car? Many thanks :y

Are they off Omega steel spares?
Thought it should be "55" :-\

And yours should be 225/55/16

I would check the speed rating on them as well but I personally wouldn't use them.

No Rob, afaik they are for the last Astra model, from spare wheels never fitted. :(

I think all Omega steel spares are 15" Rob. :-\

but if you want them really , you can use if your daily commute is far from potholes..
