Title: stalling when i break

I have started to have issues with my car stalling but only once it's warmed up and only when I stop, like at traffic lights etc. Also has been I little judery in 1st or 2nd. Any ideas :-\

Give the idle control valve a clean and light oil  :y

Idle control valve as said. It's not the braking, it's taking the foot off the gas pedal with no tickover. Hence it stalls.

Remove, clean with carb cleaner, light oil.
