Ok folks its safe to go outside in a fetching T shirt , the bright yellow thing in the sky called the sun has emerged for us all to get burnt in  ;D

I think the idea is you take the food out of the trolley and get it home first before cooking it ;D

I know summers here got sun burnt on my head and neck today, which I didnt think would be possible this summer ;D
