Got a Snow foam lance for my pressure washer and tried it out this evening.
Snow foamed
Rinsed,
Two bucket wash using lambs wool mit
Rinsed,
Sprayed wet car and drying towel with Maguires Ultimate Detailer
Dried car.
I'm well happy with the finish. I had carnuba waxed the car a few months ago and it now looks like I had just done it tonight.

Also, I've fitted new number plates as I like them with no lettering or borders apart from the number. Halfords do them with the BS marking in opaque white which are virtually invisible. The rear has a stainless surround. Also new Climair sunroof wind deflector and the exhaust trim had now got the rearmost straps fitted.

The car looks awesome mate! It's got a deep gloss that is unusual to see on a silver car. :y
I'll follow this with interest, as I've been considering going down the snow foam route myself for a while now.

Cheers mate.
Not sure if the Snow foam made it so shiny. I think the detailing spray finished that off.
But the snow foam loosened up the flies and stuff, if not removing a lot of it in the first place allowing the normal wash to do an even better job.
There is some high satisfaction covering the car in what looks like shaving foam though and watching dirt drop down with the suds as they flow off the bottom.

Also it dried off better than ever before. I used to rinse, wash, rinse and chamois off.

it always pays back working on your car.. very shiny :y

Nice glossy finish on that :y

So what's the snowfoam purpose?
To lift dirt off, rather than agitate it off and risk scratches?

Yeah, the the idea is the foam stays on the car for a while and pulls most of the surface dirt off. Then you rinse the foam off before washing with a lambs wool mitt and the the 2 bucket system.
