Title: Starting Problems
Post by: Gerard on 27 July 2012, 18:49:39
I had used my car, an Omega 2.6 V6 and it was starting first time and was showing no signs of any problems. I went back about 5 minutes later, started, all lights came on, but the engine did not turn. I have tried a few times since, but nothing. I am not a mechanic, is it the battery or something else?

It is a manual, and no the remaining lights on the dashboard seem to remain the same.

several things, ignition switch faulty, starter packed up(unlikely) or a loose connection so check everything is tight on battery and alternator
