Played that clip loads of times and had me in stitches .... a great down to earth bloke that will really be missed .

Oh God, that news has really saddened me no end Andy!  :(
Geoff came across as a sincerely nice, down to earth bloke who had the gift of making a Character totally believable and lovable too! He will be sadly missed. I earnestly hope he did not suffer too much. :'(

Loved him in the Royle family, I think almost everyone knows a character like him. Sad loss :'(

Yes I would certainly agree with that - a sad loss indeed.
