Sorry to say but i sold my M-Reg 2.0CDX in good alround nick with 150k for £500, so i don't see you getting much with the bodywork it needs.
Have you thought about removing the cat and scrapping the car, you should get about £80 for the car and £40 for the cat.....
-
sadly, m reg 2.0 cd with no mot is worth very little, and most likely not worth repairing :'(
-
its well to good to scrap m8 has its got elec heated leather they all work and the center morror is auto tint to so it must be better to sell it for bits then!

you will get more breaking it and selling parts off.
if you go down that route, pm me much for leather and rear heater switches/wiring ;)
-
your best bet is to break the car up your bound to make more then £500 :)

Selling the kidneys of the joy rider will pay for repairs.
Is this an ex forum car - was it bought from a chap called james?
I'd say SORN it for now
-
its looks like i will need to that....or the 1st person with £350 to £400 to take the car as it is!it must all for that money really
-
no not a ex forum car mate y?its taxed until 31/07/08 but the mot runs out today sady and on friday i was layed off from work :-[ ....and i have no off road parking to put it anywhere :-[
-
is their any other members who could store the car for you so you can sorn it?
-
ne one like to make me an good offer for the car??pm me thanks

Think id mot it......if it passes great be easier to sell.......dents shouldnt be a fail.....unless there are sharp edges.
If it fails......then as far as I see, leave it parked on the road.....you have until the ved runs out to either sell it or dismantle it or fix the mot fails.
Ok it should have a current MOT.......but as long as you dont drive it and the ved is current, you wont get a ticket, and i carnt see anything wrong with doing that :y
Sorry its no good for me.......and as others have said its worth more in bits than a whole omega esp with no mot
-
Unfortunately, it might be the end of the road - my car isn't much newer than yours and its value is far less than the sum of its parts.
If you can break it I would - get some dosh for the interior, cats, tyres (if theyre good) and weigh the remainder in.
With a bit of work you may get the cash you are loking for :y
-
I would break it after all without an MOT its only scrap value :(

If it's manual strip all the leather & any other saleable bits then sell the running shell for Banger racing. I used to race & all they need is a strong runner. They don't care about bodywork, rust, mileage, any wear & tear on suspension, steering, brakes etc. As long as the clutch does'nt slip & the engine's strong they'll have it.
Just another angle, best of luck with the sale, Guy. :y
