Thought I would give it a mention in case anyone is passing or is looking at making a substantial purchase, after all 10% better than a poke in the eye as they say.
Its one of my Local ones its been there for years, but having a facelift, so may pop in to have a look, location wise its 30 secs off the North Circulator not far from the bottom of the M11, North East London.
