Title: Taxation class change

Just bought a Grand Vitara that is registered disabled and I'm not sure my local LVO is still open,can this be changed at a Post Office that sells road tax?

need to change taxation class on v5 when you send it off and you wont be able to tax it until new v5 comes back pita really  >:(
