Just been to Tesco and they selling carlube 10/40 semi for £7.50 for a 4L can.
 good value for regular oil changes :y

Just paid £40 for 4 x 5 lits Vx 10w/40 from Vx on TC.

About the same price as the Tesco Carlube debatable quality oil  ???  £10 for 5 lits against £7.50 for 4 lits Carlube - Know which one I will be using  ;)

I'm with dbug on this one, similar price to GM oil...
