Any tips on how to do this, just bought one of of ebay (maybe someone on here?), and I was wondering what to use to stick it to the boot.

SIKAFLEX seems to be the recommended bonding agent :y

Here's how i attatched mine using the mentioned Sikaflex and tape and eventually straps / string to hold it in place till set .

Are they easy to line up?

Are they easy to line up?
Mine appeared to be slightly twisted as it had been lying about with things on top of it but yes its just straight forward line up ..... i ran a bead of Sikaflex all round the spoiler , positioned it and taped up to keep it still ... I had to use string / cord on the ends to keep them in as the tape wasnt strong enough .
Also remember once your happy with the position to wipe off any excess Sikaflex straight away cause once dried i believe its a nightmare to remove .

I have some excess tiger seal on my bootlid which has been there for several months.I keep putting off trying to remove it as I suspect its going to be a pig of a job. :-[ ::)
Be careful not to use too much sealant. ;)

That'll be me then!
I'm looking to post your item out tomorrow, after the bank holiday.
As said by 'Proz' a small bead of tigerseal/sikaflex around the edge of the spoiler (you'll see a channel where the sealant needs to go), and hold in place until dry.

Might it be worth holding the spoiler in place before fitting and then masking tape the area where the excess sealant would end up, or maybe smear some swarfega or vasalene type substance on then when the sealent sets then the excess wont have bonded to the paintwork. ( just a thought - not sure how well it would work)

I was surprised I won it, I only put a bid of £15 for it just in case, you can buy it off me in 6 months when I get bored with it!
