Title: front suspension rebuild

Just a quick ? guys. Is a front suspension rebuild doable in a day :) includes struts, springs,wishbones with polly bushes, idler arm,track rod ends,drop links,,Vx and All German parts. And if possible contact of member who works in Vx Suffolk have I got that right :-[
This is only stage one :o
