Oh joy, kids back to school means it takes me 40 minutes rather than 25 to get home from work in the morning.
Also have to try to contend with all those yummy mummies dangerous drivers who have been let loose in a 4x4 ,but couldnt drive a pig with a stick. :(

Ah yes, I'd forgotten about that until I jumped in the car this morning and .. oh look, there's the tailback. And to add insult to injury there were no parking spaces left when I got to work, so I ended up parked by the building and - I think, haven't checked yet - the scrape on the brickwork is from my rear wing ::)

As an eight year old ( 1968) I would often walk the two miles to school on my own. I would happily breathe in the full-fat unleaded fumes that belched from the arse end of any stationary Mini....Hillman Imp.....A35......Austin 1100........Ford Anglia......and if I were a lucky boy, a Jaguar E-Type.
Bliss. :y :y. Five star petrol gave off the best aroma. ;)

Have you noticed that now the little shi darlings are back at school how lovely the weather is, same last year. So in that case leave them at school all summer, but they must walk to school to give us drivers some decent driving times and available parking. :y
