v6 cam sensors don't fail. Besides, pic is of a 4 pot one. But £1k :o

Bloody hell - at that price if it goes buy a new Omega - cheaper  :)

For my 2.2, I'd only buy cam sensor from dealer, pattern ones proven too unreliable.

Had a failed one on the new Estate when we first bought it - under warranty Vx dealer replaced crank sensor and then had to replace cam sensor! ;)
