Could be a.r.b. bushes or maybe snapped spring (check the lower cup for broken piece of spring rattling about)...

Changed the rol bar d bushes and links and its still there but I think I found it. If I aplly the brakes while driving it goes. The brakes clunk in reverse and theres movement in both calipers any ideas why the pads look nearly new

Could be anything from rearward wb bush to loose pads(incorrectly fitted, bent or broken rattle spring?)

There will be caliper play. There has to be.

Could be they were cheap, poor quality pattern pads ;)
