Title: Walkers Brit Trips
Post by: tunnie on 21 April 2008, 14:10:10
So I am now hooked on Snowboarding, going again this Sunday.

Collected some points on the Walkers Brit Trips, 10 points = Buy 1 hour, get one free at the SNO! Zone in MK.

Works out at £10 per hour, which is damn cheap!

Already got 2 vouchers giving me 2 hours free, and just bought a load more multi-packs.

But i have a favour to ask, does one here work for walkers or super market or something?

Or if you buy them, but have not been noting down the numbers can you send them my way?

Voucher numbers are printed on the inside of multi-packs.

Thanks  :y

right well bugger!  >:(

I just rang SnowMK and they said they can be only used in off-peak hours.

I printed the vouchers out, and at no point in the TC's does it say that.

There is no reference to the time of day they can be used, it mentions they cannot be used on Bank Holidays, or special events.

But also there is no mention that they can alter or amed the TC's, they can change or cancel the venue, thats it.

Really hacked off as there is no reference what so ever in the TC's on the voucher for the time for day  >:(

I am going to take it anyway, and say. "Where on this voucher does it say i cannot use it today"  >:(

Any advice?

Advice?  yes, be prepared for a blank look of ignorance and them not to take it regardless of how logically to put your argument over. ;)
Its an offer with no monetary value, you have little rights!

Good fun at the Xscape, but bloody expensive! especially with a family to pay for.  works out cheaper to go to a real mountain with some snow on it!

Can just imagine the cost for a family!  :o

For me, as a hobby, i don't find it that expensive.

Its £31 for 2 hours, but from what i hear, they are not clock watchers  ;)

If i join the Snowboard UK Club, i get 20% off all sessions  :)

Freestyle nights are £25 for 2 hours.

All sessions, include free board and boot rental.

As hobbies go, i am not finding it mega pricey.
