Your 2.5 has got the 4:22:1
The 3.0 has the 3:90:1

Got a 3.9 from an Auto but its LSD, so wont be cheap If I can be persuaded to part with it.

Have 3.0 manual diff 1998 £30
2.5 diff 2000 plate £30

I thought it was the diff from a 2.6 auto that had the shortest gearing?

Well, my manual converted auto seems to be the best all rounder ratio for me (3.0) as 4.2 is too short and 3.7 too long. But this is or a mate. May have struck a deal with Serek for my old short one, if not will be in touch. Thanks all :)
