Title: z22xe exhaust manifold

Does anyone know of an Exhaust Manifold for a z22xe engine going as mine has a crack about 4-5in long. MOT coming up and not sure if it will pass, Have also considered Liquid Steel as a possible repair,has anybody tried this/know if it works ? Charlie.

Sorry, can't help with a replacement but liquid steel doesn't work; been there, tried that! :(
If no-one here can help with another, you could always whip the manifold off and take it to an engineering workshop & get it welded and have the mating face tested for warping? God luck with it  :y

must be a  fault with the 2.2 , mine is the same on start up ,but stops after a few minutes :y :y

Think fatherT's has one somewhere, but my 2.2 is fine.

Not sure what causes it  :-\
