Title: Self levelling part numbers Please
Post by: geoffr70 on 04 October 2012, 12:53:57
Hello, does anyone have part numbers for saloon self levelling shocks please? Facelift if that makes a difference. I'm not at my computer so can't get on TC to check.

Also, I can't see any real difference in using standard shocks with s/l springs other than the shocks having to work a bit harder? Is that right!

Thanks peeps

Not recommended.

SL springs are very different (softer I believe) to standard springs.

The ride will be very "wallowy" (is there such a word?) with SL springs and standard shocks ... they are simply not designed to go together.

If you want rid of SL shocks you also need to fit standard springs.
