T Mobile use compression techniques to supposedly speed up internet browsing on your mobile, If your using a Mobile Sim, rather than a full blown Broadband Sim, via a USB Stick or tethering from your mobile on your PC, this can result in compressed Pictures, jerky or broken Video on Youtube and iPlayers, broken or incomplete file downloads and possibly email with attachment issues.

I recently lesarnt from a friend who works for them that whilst its not advertised on their Sites, you can switch the Compression off from your Mobile or PC.

Go to http://accelerator.t-mobile.co.uk and click the 'Lower speed = original image quality' option, you will need to do this as and when required for the start of each browsing session.
