Any gardeners on here , was wondering when its time to stop watering the plants seeing as its getting colder
 :-\ Mainly plants in pots in the garden and some climbing honeysuckle/jasmin  :y

You can stop watering plants when they stop wilting, seriously though, plants will get far more nutrients from the rainwater than ever from the tap water !

Our outdoor plants & shrubs have Asbestosis and dirty great holes in the foliage from Acid Rain! It's grim oop North! ;D

Thanks for that , im using rain water from a water catchment system anyway  :y Now i have excess water to wash the car 5 days a week  ;D :y

In general I find that you can stop watering outdoor plants when it rains!  :y  As we've been deluged by biblical amounts of the stuff this year I'd imagine you have a very clean Omega!!  :P

Only washed it once since ive had endless amounts of soft water  :-[ it does seem to clean better than tap water apart from rusty bits  :y

Hmmm Yes it's usually been too wet to go out and wash the car!!  ::)  My compost bin usually swallows all the grass cuttings and most of the clippings from bushes and shrubs etc, but it's all grown so much this year I've filled the bin and taken stuff to the tip!!  :o

they have been drowned anyway .with this summer ;D ;D

The plants have been watered even though they didnt need it  :-[ all this excess of soft water in the tanks needs using up ready for the next downpour  ;D Not fixed a diverting pipe yet  :-X
