You take the pi$$, but it might very well have been the first time the seller has used eBay to sell anything and got confuddled .... but there again, they can be a strange lot in Bacup (pronounced Bake-up ...... not Back-up as they often do on the radio news/travel  ::) ::))

Bless. If you read the blurb, he mentions his 'advancing years'

I'll be willing to bet when he listed it, he put 'vehicle' in the ebay description to search for the right category and never changed it.

Bit like my mate, who keeps putting his friends names in the 'Status update' box when he's searching for them, instead of the 'Search' box, so his status often just says 'Strangechap'. (or substitute for name of friend being looked up)

And he's only 41. Not so advanced.

When I was at school in the sixties and seventies, It was quite common for one kid to call another kid "a mong or a spaz". Even some of the teachers would laugh.  :P

Not sure if that would allowed in today's politically correct world. ::) ::)

I always liked the look of the Stag. Not fitted with the best engine I believe. :-\

It was a darn sight less agricultural than the Rover engine. The proper engine sounds lovely too.

Sadly, as with many of the more ground breaking engines of the day, it actually needed decent maintenance. Mind you, the sumps used to fill up with casting sand, apparently, so there was a good dollop of 1970's BL in the mix. ::)

I'd never heard of "mong" before working with a bloke here, known as Old Father Time, as he is older than life on earth. Its one of his favourite sayings.

Are you old, Opti :P ;D
